Roscoe Gist

Roscoe Gist was born August 27, 1943 in Marvel, Arkansas to the late Wyatt & Daisy Gist.
Roscoe moved to Chicago, IL in 1960. He worked at Miles Laboratory for many years.
Roscoe met and married the late Mary Ann Gist on May 20, 1967. To this union three children was born, Geraldine who preceded him in death. Roscoe Jr & Chasity.
Roscoe was adored by plenty and loved by many. Roscoe had a love for cars and dogs. If your car was broken best believe Roscoe was the man to fix it. Roscoe never let anything get in his way if it was something that needed to be done you could count on him, even after he got sick, he still wanted to do everything for himself, his favorite line was I'm going to make it, I will be alright.
Roscoe departed this life on February 25, 2019 at 10:00 P.M. He was preceded in death by three sisters; Wyatt, Mae Ida & Estella, three brothers; Pleas, Lewis, & Lenious.
