Ruby Dell Jordan

Ruby Dell Jordan was born February 19, 1942 to parents of Karecia and Steve Jackson, who has preceded her in death. Ruby was the seventh child with seven other siblings. Ethel Mae,Ruth, Pearl and Robert that has preceded her in death. Living siblings are: Nellie, Johnny and Bo.
"The Mother"
Ruby Jordan was the true definition of a "Mother." Loving, caring, giving, protective, strict when she needed to be and softhearted when she needed to be. We were taught to respect ourselves and others, speak what's on your mind and never allow other people to tell us who we are. We all shared the same Mother, but she did not treat us unequally but accordingly to our personalities.
As adults we may have made some wrong decisions in our lives, yet we knew we were raised to think for ourselves and know right fro wrong but even with some of us as adults making mistakes, she never turned us away and was always there to help even when she did not have to. "A mother's love does not stop just because her children have become adults." And Ruby's did not. Her life and her strength came from her children, her family!
"The Woman"
It does not take many words to describe the woman that Ruby Dell Jordan was: Beautiful, Strong, Loving, Giving, Resourceful, Self-Educated, Honest and Loyal. She was that sister, that friend that was there to be by your side in the time of need. that is a True definition of "A Woman!"
